“The Dream Keeper”

Langston Hughes built imagery by saying that I may wrap them in a blue cloud-cloth.

Langston Hues wrote the metaphor “away from the too-rough fingers of the world” because if you want to be a doctor and bad things happen, you might say “Oh I can’t be a doctor anymore.”

My favorite line is “that I may wrap them in a blue cloud-cloth” because it is a calm sentence.

My opinion of the poem is it was a good poem.  I loved reading it.
