Students need to finish pages 387-389, which were started in class.

We have a regular week for word work. Lists are due Tuesday, definitions and parts of speech are due Wednesday, sentences are due Thursday, and assessment projects are due Friday.

I hope you all had a restful vacation.  I am looking forward to some exciting times coming up! This week we will finish The Westing Game, work on our Africa games, begin a new read aloud, develop our characters in writing, and explore surface area and volume in math.

On April 11 and 12, we will take the English Language Arts MCAS test.  Students are expected to read passages, answer multiple choice, multiple select, and extended writing questions.

It is important that students come to school on time and rested.  Please refer to the notice that went home last week about MCAS testing.
